Richard Fleming is a dedicated and results-driven Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and over two decades of combined experience in military and civilian healthcare. A retired Chief Petty Officer in the United States Navy, Richard has consistently demonstrated excellence in high-pressure environments, excelling in clinical leadership, acute care, and operational medical management.
Richard’s clinical experience spans ICU, pain management, and family practice settings. He has served on ICU and critical care resource teams at Banner Desert Medical Center and St. Joseph’s Medical Center, showcasing his adaptability and expertise in advanced patient care.
During his 20-year military career, Richard led multiple teams, managed large-scale medical operations, and trained hundreds of personnel in emergency and preventive care procedures. His strong leadership, analytical thinking, and interpersonal communication have made him a trusted provider and mentor throughout his career.
