Roni has also been a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and has served on the Advanced Practice Committee for the Arizona Board of Nursing. She has consulted as a psychiatric specialist with graduate programs creating new Psychiatric Mental-Health NP programs.
As the result of her life experiences, Roni is passionate about mental health, integrative medicine, autism, nutrition, and organic and “whole food” eating. Roni believes that as human beings we can only achieve our fullest potential when we are in good health. Her view of health focuses on her patients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs; as well as their interactions with other people and their environment. As a healthcare provider she believes she should strive for her patients to attain their best possible physical and emotional health while considering their personal expectations and needs. This can only be done by partnering with her patients and working together towards their
