Chyna Darner is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in primary care,
wound care, diabetes, female hormone replacement therapy (HRT), mast cell activation
syndrome (MCAS), and longevity therapies. She is passionate about treating the patient as a
whole and helping patients navigate complex chronic health conditions through evidence-based,
integrative care.

Chyna earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP) from the
University of Phoenix and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from San Francisco State
University. She is nationally certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners
(AANP).

Her clinical background includes wound care with HonorHealth, telephonic case management
with UnitedHealth Group, and comprehensive home health and geriatric care as an RN Case
Manager. She has extensive experience in patient education, chronic disease management, and
care coordination, blending conventional, lifestyle, and functional medicine approaches to
improve outcomes.

In addition to her nursing career, Chyna spent over a decade as a professional photographer,
cultivating strong communication skills that she brings into her healthcare practice.
Chyna’s professional interests include lifestyle medicine, hormone optimization, microbiome
health, and advanced patient education strategies. She is committed to guiding patients toward
healing and resilience through personalized, care of the whole-person.
